Hi, I'm Kaylie — a young artist based in Utah. I work in graphite, ink and watercolor, with a soft spot for the people, animals and old western faces that catch my eye. Every piece is hand-drawn, one at a time.

A rotating selection from this year — portraits, wildlife, and the wild west characters I keep coming back to. Click any piece to see it larger.
Pets are my favorite subject. Dogs, cats, horses, the occasional bird — send me a clear photo and I'll hand-draw your animal in graphite on archival paper. It's the kind of thing that ends up on the wall for a long, long time.

"I draw because I see something — a horse's mane, my dog's eyes, a face in an old photograph — and I want to keep it."
My name is Kaylie June. I live in Utah, I'm a senior in high school, and I've been drawing every day I can since I was small. My subjects come from everywhere: wildlife, the old west, the people around me, my friends' pets, and the occasional character from a film I love.
Most pieces start with graphite and a quiet evening. Some end up in watercolor. All of them are drawn by my hand, making them an original Kaylie June masterpiece.
A growing archive of finished work and sketchbook studies — filter by portraits, wildlife, western, or sketchbook studies.
Every commission starts with a quick conversation — what you have in mind, the photo or reference, the size you're after. I'll give you a quote before any pencil hits paper.
A portion of every pet portrait goes to the Humane Society of Utah.
Tell me a little about what you have in mind. If it's a pet portrait, attach the clearest photo you have — outdoor light is best.
